Jacques Lemoine

Jacques Lemoine is responsible of overseeing all legal matters of Accedian. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology companies, and has a solid background in law department management, commercial law, intellectual property, and corporate and M&A matters.

Prior to joining Accedian, Jacques held positions as Associate General Counsel at AppDirect Inc., a cloud service marketplace and management platform provider; General Counsel at Radialpoint, a provider of technology and services to telcos, ISVs and OEMs; General Counsel at OZ Communications, Inc., an early provider of mobile messaging solutions; and various legal positions at Nokia and Nortel Networks. He started his career as a lawyer at Robic, an intellectual property boutique firm in Montreal.

He holds a bachelor’s in law from University of Sherbrooke, a master’s in international law from University of Notre Dame, and a master’s in intellectual property law from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Jacques Lemoine joined the Quebec Bar in 1995.
