Accedian Appoints Digital China to Distribute its Market-Leading Network and Application Performance Management Portfolio

Partnership bolsters network quality of service and end user quality of experience for network operators and enterprises

Beijing, China, March 19, 2019 — Accedian, the global end-to-end network and application performance experts, today announced a strategic partnership with Digital China, the largest value-added provider of integrated IT products, solutions and support for enterprises and communications service providers in China, extending the value Accedian’s solutions bring to the Chinese market.  

The partnership brings next-generation network and application performance management solutions to Digital China’s customers: organizations currently engaged in digital transformation projects to hybrid and cloud environments, and operators rolling out 5G services with assured service level agreements (SLAs) and customer experience metrics.

Digital China’s extensive list of partners and customers will benefit from the value brought by several key components of Accedian’s SkyLIGHT solution:

• SkyLIGHT DataHUB IQ service analytics platform, which provides a single, unified view of how the network is behaving and how subscribers are experiencing the network, enabling the prioritization of the most severe customer-impacting issues for immediate resolution. This cloud-native platform has two deployment options: on-demand software-as-service (SaaS) or on-premises in a private cloud.  

• SkyLIGHT PVX complete network and application performance management (NPM/APM) software, which provides passive quality of experience (QoE) capabilities that enable IT professionals to track east-west and hybrid cloud traffic, deepen and expand edge visibility, and manage network and application performance in real time.

• SkyLIGHT VCX network functions virtualization (NFV)-based performance assurance controller, which provides high quality, precise, and granular active testing and monitoring capabilities that empower service providers to cost-effectively manage quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) across networks from the access to the mobile backhaul.
