Accedian was recognized for the first time in Gartner’s 2018 Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics (NPMD) Magic Quadrant Report.

Performance Vision (now a part of Accedian) was placed in the Gartner 2018 Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics (NPMD) for the first time this year. It’s a testament to the hard work and innovation of our team in Paris in creating, supporting, and selling such an exceptional product.

We consider our recognition in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics as confirmation of our mission to provide enhanced end-to-end network, application and end-user experience visibility for both enterprises and communication service providers.
This is also a clear affirmation of the value that Accedian can deliver to both our existing and future customers.

Gartner points out that many vendors in this space offer solutions that are complex, assembled from multiple products, and are difficult to configure, install and maintain. They explain that “end users report that ease of use is still a pain point, and it varies significantly across vendors and within solutions,” and that, “support for monitoring cloud and hybrid IT environments remains limited.”
