NPMD may be what you need, but with Accedian Skylight, it’s not all you’re going to get

No more FOMO! Accedian made it again.

And that means a lot. In a field of a very select few, Accedian is again positioned in Gartner’s 2019 Magic Quadrant for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics for a second consecutive year.

Here’s the scoop: the 2019 NPMD Magic Quadrant report evaluated only 16 companies and as the industry’s first performance monitoring vendor providing full stack, active and passive testing unified by analytics, we believe it is why Accedian is recognized as a Niche player.

This positioning reflects Accedian’s “heavy R&D focus” on solving the cloud and SDN challenges associated with the inescapable IT transition to hybrid environments.

As Gartner states in the 2019 report, “NPMD vendors have had to contend with several key shifts in the environments they are attempting to monitor.” Two of these nine key shifts are “migration toward cloud-hosted workloads and applications fundamentally changing the flow of network traffic” and “increasing virtualization and east-west traffic in the data center, presenting a data capture challenge.”

Dependency on these applications and the high degree of distribution that IT teams face today, means greater visibility is critical: Accedian’s SkyLIGHT™ solution accelerates troubleshooting, helps eliminate performance degradation, and assesses network infrastructures in preparation for migrations and updates.

But, don’t take our word for it! Here is what our customers have to say about us:

“I would recommend SkyLIGHT™ PVX to any IT manager in charge of critical architecture. It improves our efficiency, helps deliver better service every day, and guides us to the right decision.” – Henrik Adriaensen, IT Manager, INDEX.IS

“We clearly have shorter resolution times with SkyLight PVX. We get clear facts and answers instantly. It also helps our network and security teams improve our infrastructure and prepare it for change.” – Jeremy Renard, Network Engineer, BCPE Group

“Skylight PVX monitors every flow to our data center, and our 3,500 users. It provides visibility into every application. With Skylight PVX, we have transitioned from reactive monitoring to proactive performance management.” – Thomas Germain, CIO, Spie Batignolles
