The Accedian Customer Xperience Program (CXP) is designed to help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the technology industry. With a program that is not only focused on technical and sales education but also practical real-world experience, our associates learn how to apply knowledge to drive the best results. 

  • The duration of the program is a year long rotation-based experience.
  • The program is based in one of the most exciting neighborhoods of Miami, Brickel. You’ll be surrounded by a high energy, high drive and diverse culture.
  • Each associate will have a 1:1 executive mentor throughout the program that will share their experiences with you that can be applied to your growth.
  • You’ll be paired with a “buddy” assisting you with day-to-day questions.
