4. Who Do We Share Personal Information With?
If you share Personal Information through an application for employment, we will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and we make you an offer of employment.
With your prior consent, we may share your Personal Information with our affiliates in the Accedian corporate group and to third party suppliers that operate in countries both inside and outside the European Union who need to have access to such Personal Information for a legitimate purpose. Our third party suppliers only have access to the Personal Information that is necessary for them to perform the services they provide at Accedian’s request. Our third party suppliers provide services such as IT and system administration and hosting, research and analytics, marketing, email providers and cloud storage providers.
Accedian maybe compelled, by legislation, litigation or valid legal process including subpoenas, court orders or search warrants, to disclose Personal Information to government authorities or agencies including law enforcement agencies without your consent.
