As the Vice President of Global Enterprise and Channel Sales, Sergio is responsible for bringing Accedian’s expertise in secure network performance monitoring and digital experience visibility to partners and customers in the enterprise space. He developed and spearheads the company’s Skylight 4X Partner Program, an innovative channel, and MSP initiative that offers community resources, a knowledge hub and support system, and flexible pricing to those using Skylight to enhance the end-user experience. This is Sergio’s seventh consecutive year being named a CRN Channel Chief.

With a strong belief that it is not just rewarding partners when they sell, but helping them identify and develop new solutions in the market to make them successful, Kevin is enhancing the way Accedian engages with our partners. His experience working with and leading global teams in Product Management, Channel Operations, Sales, and Solutions Marketing allows him to understand the challenges that these providers face and revolutionize the partner experience, driving the right messaging, content, programs, and offers to increase the partner’s addressable market.

Sergio and Kevin jointly lead the Accedian’s Skylight 4X Partner Program which was selected in 2021 to receive the CRN 5-Star rating based on the breadth of services, consulting, and training available through the program to partners, the substantial business growth opportunities, and its flexible as-a-Service offerings, built around performance visibility, cyber resiliency, and experience monitoring. The program was also commended for its MSP Advantage featuring the unique 4X SNAP managed service creation methodology.
