Open Source Code

To the extent required under an applicable open source license, for third party technology that you receive from Accedian in binary form and for which the source code was not provided to you with the binary file, you can receive a copy of the source code on physical media by submitting a written request to [email protected] including your name, address, telephone, the name of the component or binary file(s) for which you are requesting the source code, the product name and version, operating system, and the place of purchase.

We may charge you a fee to cover the cost of physical media and processing. Your request must be sent within three (3) years of the date you received the product from Accedian that is the subject of your request, or in the case of code licensed under the AGPL/ GPL / LGPL v3 for as long as Accedian offers spare parts or customer support for the product model including the component(s) or binary file(s) that are subject to your request.
