Proactive End-User Performance Monitoring

Skylight™ enables IT teams to proactively monitor end-user network and application performance and to resolve performance degradations as soon as they occur—often before end-users react.

In those cases where network or application response times exceed service level agreements (SLAs) or normal operating values, Skylight can notify the IT team immediately, providing important, timely insight into the SLA breach (i.e., when it occurred, the origin of the degradation, the users impacted, and the transactions impacted). Notifications from Skylight sensors can be sent via email or communicated to a 3rd party operations monitoring system using SNMP or Skylight’s RESTful API.
