CHARITABLE GIVING AND VOLUNTEERING

Accedian recognizes its corporate responsibility to contribute to the local communities in which our employees live and work. Accedian’s Community Service Program helps address the educational, physical, social, and healthcare needs of people in our local communities. Over the last few years, Accedian employees in the corporate head office have been involved in the yearly Centraide campaign and employees are encouraged to help support local charities and initiatives as a way of giving back to the community.

More particularly, Accedian is a proud supporter of the Enbridge Ride to Support Cancer, a 2-day cycling event aimed to raise funds to support cancer research and care at the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital and throughout Quebec. A team of Accedian employees, including our President and CEO, are personally taking part to this cycling event.

Information Security is an ever growing concern both internally and for our customers. Applying the appropriate controls sets the stage for what we want our systems and solutions to protect as a company and what we want to deliver to our customers: best in class solutions adding value and threat visibility to our network monitoring solutions. As such, we are proud to also be ISO 27001 certified.

Skylight Analytics has a SOC 2 Type 2 report from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Service Organization Controls (SOC). SOC reports give assurance over control environments as they relate to the retrieval, storage, processing, and transfer of data. The reports cover IT General controls and controls around availability, confidentiality and security of customer data. The SOC 2 reports cover controls around security, availability, and confidentiality of customer data.
